  Jo recently provided some great advice and training to allow me to understand my level of fitness and establish a benchmark to help me improve. I felt very comfortable that the design of the fitness test was right for me and her instruction during the circuits has allowed me to progress and manage my own development. I really enjoyed the session.
  
  I found that Jo's training style, combined with her knowledge of a wide range of outdoor pursuits, was ideal for me. In the very near future I'll be asking Jo to help me refresh some of my training ideas as well as reviewing my nutrition plan.

  Fit2You came as a recommendation from a friend, often the best way I find. Extremely flexible and communicative, I booked in for a sports massage on my calves at very short notice and despite some tenderness for a short period after treatment, I felt the benefit clearly over the following few days.
  
  I had Jo for my treatment who is clearly an active and energetic individual with an infectious lust for life. Alongside the treatment she was able to offer useful and credible advice on amending my exercise routine to help address the root cause of my aches and pains.
  
  Professional, knowledgeable and with a strong portfolio of services I'd certainly recommend Fit2You to friends and family - I already have - and will use them again moving forward.
