  So unbelievable. I went for numerous sessions and had some brilliant
  changes overall, yet every week for 2-3 days after i would feel angry, on edge and depressed. I went to the clinic with physical disabilities and mental health issues. On about appointment 7 i was on edge all morning before my session and 2-3 hours before text to explain how i was feeling, the reply i got was that "cancelling on the same day was problematic" . Alice didn't know this at the time but my father in law had a stroke the day before, so not only was I on edge but tensions were high, i simply did not go to the session, i didn't feel that i was given a choice. So appointment time came around and she text so i explained that i didn't feel i had been given a choice, she calls me and starts telling me how inconvenient it is for me to cancel! Which quite obviously upset me and i was straight with her and said "im not being funny, but i tried to explain to you in text how i was feeling, that every week after my session im left very upset and angry, yet you just said it was inconvenient" She didnt want to listen, she just wanted to go on about how much she had helped me by lowering my sessions cost and accommodating me, which i was very thankful for but that isn't going to do much when im in the situation im in right now. Had she stayed calm, professionally mannered, not brought up money and time wasted ( this was the only on day session i had missed) and stayed understanding, things could have been resolved, but i was attacked with ego and attitude, she actually shouted "goodbye" down the phone at me when i tried to assert myself......what a massive mess.
  
  So on a whole, the acupuncture was very good- yet my mood was worse 2-3 days afterwards every time, yet overall there was improvement in many areas, but what is all that worth when at your weakest level you are let down by those who are supposed to be understanding, i didnt shout, i wasn't abusive ....... very let down.
