  Absolutely appalling. We were told chef was cooking fresh food for the carvery so ordered drinks and sat patiently for half an hour, I only to be told at that stage when chased that the carvery was finished. Astonishingly our drinks had not arrived either by the time we left. Shocking most of all it was barely 2pm by the time we left. Clearly this place expected to have very few visitors. Do not plan to count yourself in that number.
