  Appalling service. We booked a tool via the website booking service and exchanged emails with staff at the branch confirming our requirements and the date and time to collect the tool.
  When we arrived as arranged we were informed the tool was not available. No effort had been made to contact us and no effort was made to find one. We had pre-booked the tool as it was imperative the job was done today.
  This caused huge inconvenience and delay to our planned work.
  Lesson learned - don't book via email/website
