  ever since they reduced it from 5 counters down to 2 i invariably have to wait at least 15 minutes to deposit for my business....totally unacceptable.they just don't care any more.stephen hester left it in his wake of effed up companies.And now they will be closing on Saturdays to so thats a 3 mie drive paying for car parks and other stuff to make it more inconvenient.been with them 30 years but struggling to stay!!
